Traders Boutique and Cuchi are the proof. One is a trading journal with its own backend, an offline-capable web app, a MetaTrader bridge and a trade copier. The other is an Android app that keeps a cookbook on the phone and lifts recipes out of photographs. Two products, two stacks, one person — and one voice across design and engineering. What used to need a team and a quarter now needs a clear brief and a few days.
